Advantages of Oil-immersed Low-loss Power Transformers
Description of S9, S10, and 35KV Low-loss Power Transformers
The S9, S10, and 35KV low-loss power transformers are three-phase oil-immersed R-type and stepped winding core distribution transformers. The stepped three-column inner and outer frame rolling structure is welded at the outermost layer without binding. The core material uses DQ133-30 (Type 9), 30ZH120 (Type 11), 23ZH90 (Type 13) and other cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The core materials used in actual production are not lower than the requirements of the drawings. The core is continuously rolled without seams. The R-type core sheet width ensures the core cross-section is circular, and the stepped core is made by multi-level sheet width rolling. The core is rolled into shape and undergoes vacuum annealing after which stress is eliminated and loss is reduced.
S9, S10, and 35KV low-loss power transformers adopt a fully sealed corrugated oil tank structure. The Transformer oil does not come into contact with the surrounding air, so the transformer oil will not absorb external moisture, thus not reducing insulation strength; in addition, since oxygen cannot enter the oil tank, it avoids the aging of insulation materials, increases the service life of the product, and also improves social benefits.
Technical features
Energy saving: The 35KV level is on average 30% lower than the GB/T6451 no-load loss, 25% lower than the load loss, and 20% lower than the operating cost.
Long service life: The transformer oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure. The oil tank and the tank edge can be connected by bolts or welded. The transformer oil does not come into contact with the air, prolonging the service life.
High operational reliability: The sealing parts of the oil tank have been improved, increasing reliability, and improving the process level to ensure the reliability of the seal.
Small floor area: The S9-M, S11-M series transformer oil tanks use corrugated plate heat exchangers. When the oil temperature changes, the corrugated plate expands and contracts, replacing the function of the oil reservoir, and the corrugated plate oil tank has an attractive appearance and a small floor area.
